I believe that’s the question that everyone is asking right now.
My first response would be to tell you to eliminate the fear.  You’re probably saying that it’s easier said than done, but the truth is, operating in fear will keep you paralyzed. You want to be able to function without anxiety and flow in peace.
I want you to plan for the days ahead and take it one step at a time. This is the time to get organized, be disciplined, set up schedules, build routines, finish projects that you couldn’t get done because you were “too busy,” and teach your children how to cook, create, clean, and most importantly, have fun as a family.
Use the resources that you’ve been given and do what works for you.  I’ve released a lot of information.  I don’t want you to become overwhelmed.  Take your time and sort out everything.
Finally, allow your children to process this with you. Every child reacts differently. Everyone is trying to process this new normal, and it’s hard. You can’t force them to adapt to a new way of “doing school,” staying home with you all day, and, to top it off, not have any interactions with peers.  Let’s be sensitive to their feelings and take this day by day.

It’s going to be ok. I promise.
